Prie\u0161 perduodant \u012frengin\u012f aptarnavimui b\u016btina padaryti vis\u0173 duomen\u0173 kopijas ir pa\u0161alinti vis\u0105 konfidenciali\u0105 informacij\u0105 i\u0161 \u012frenginio laikmen\u0173, nes visi \u012frenginyje esantys duomenys aptarnavimo metu gali b\u016bti prarasti.<br \/><strong>1.7<\/strong>\u00a0Pirk\u0117jas privalo saugoti Garantin\u0119 pa\u017eym\u0105 ir visus prekes lydin\u010dius dokumentus (originalius preki\u0173 gamintoj\u0173 garantinius talonus, instrukcijas, atskir\u0173 \u012frengini\u0173 apra\u0161ymo knygutes ir t.t.), originali\u0105 preki\u0173 pakuot\u0119 iki prek\u0117s ar jos komponent\u0173 garantinio termino pabaigos.<br \/><strong>1.8<\/strong>\u00a0Nat\u016bralus prek\u0117s susid\u0117v\u0117jimas jos naudojimo metu ar d\u0117l to \u012fvyk\u0119s jos i\u0161vaizdos, savybi\u0173 pasikeitimas nelaikomas prek\u0117s gedimu ar kokyb\u0117s tr\u016bkumu.<\/p><p><strong>2. Pardav\u0117jo atsakomyb\u0117<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.1<\/strong>\u00a0Atsiradus \u012frenginio gedimui, maksimali\u0105 pardav\u0117jo atsakomyb\u0119 nustato \u0161io gamintojo garantinio aptarnavimo ribojama remonto ar kei\u010diam\u0173 \u012frenginio komponent\u0173 vert\u0117 (d\u0117l kuri\u0173 atsirado gedimas).<br \/><strong>2.2<\/strong>\u00a0Pardav\u0117jas nene\u0161a atsakomyb\u0117s u\u017e nuostolius, atsiradusius d\u0117l \u012frangos gedim\u0173, \u012fskaitant prarast\u0105 peln\u0105, laik\u0105 ar nety\u010dinius \u0161alutinius nuostolius.<br \/><strong>2.3\u00a0<\/strong>Gamintojo nustatytas garantinio aptarnavimo terminas nustato laiko tarp\u0105 nuo \u012frenginio pirkimo momento, kuomet \u012frenginyje atsirandantys gedimai bus pa\u0161alinti gamintojo ar jo autorizuot\u0173 atstov\u0173 s\u0105skaita \u0161iomis aptarnavimo s\u0105lygomis. Gamintojo garantinio aptarnavimo terminas ir pirkimo data nurodomi \u012frenginio garantin\u0117je pa\u017eymoje.<br \/><strong>2.4<\/strong>\u00a0Garantinis aptarnavimas atliekamas tik nepasibaigus gamintojo garantinio aptarnavimo terminui perduodant \u012frang\u0105 gamintojui ar jo atstovui. Gamintojo ar jo atstov\u0173 \u012fgalioti techniniai centrai (\u012eTC).<\/p><p><strong>3. Garantinio aptarnavimo s\u0105lygos<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.1<\/strong>\u00a0Garantinis remontas atliekamas Pardav\u0117jo garantinio remonto (serviso) skyriuje arba Gamintojo \u012fgaliotame techniniame centre (\u012eTC). Pirk\u0117jas prek\u0119 remontui pristato ir pasiima savo j\u0117gomis ir l\u0117\u0161omis, i\u0161skyrus atvejus, numatytus LR teis\u0117s aktuose. Tuo atveju, jei prek\u0117s garantin\u012f aptarnavim\u0105 atlieka \u012eTC, o \u012frenginys pristatomas Pardav\u0117jo serviso skyriui, Pardav\u0117jas nukreipia Pirk\u0117j\u0105 \u012f \u012eTC, arba, pirk\u0117jui sutikus, atlieka tarpininkavimo paslaug\u0105, taikant nustatyt\u0105 mokest\u012f (transportavimo, administravimo). \u012eTC i\u0161ra\u0161ytas s\u0105skaitas u\u017e negarantines paslaugas apmoka Pirk\u0117jas.<br \/><strong>3.2<\/strong>\u00a0Garantinis remontas atliekamas tik Pirk\u0117jui pateikus:<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 tinkamai u\u017epildyt\u0105 Pardav\u0117jo prek\u0117s garantin\u0119 pa\u017eym\u0105 arba tinkamai u\u017epildytus originalius preki\u0173 gamintoj\u0173 garantinius talonus;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2022 prek\u0117s pirkimo dokument\u0105 (s\u0105skait\u0105, \u010dek\u012f, mok\u0117jimo kvit\u0105 arba pri\u0117mimo-perdavimo akt\u0105).<br \/><strong>3.3<\/strong>\u00a0Pateikiant \u012frengin\u012f garantiniam aptarnavimui privaloma pateikti ir visus kartu komplektuojamus priedus. Prek\u0117s, kuriose naudojamos eksploatacin\u0117s med\u017eiagos (pvz. spausdintuvai, kopijavimo ir pan. \u012frenginiai), privalo b\u016bti pateiktos su netu\u0161\u010diomis originaliomis ar gamintojo rekomenduojamomis eksploatacin\u0117mis med\u017eiagomis (pvz. ra\u0161alo ar da\u017eiklio kaset\u0117mis).<br \/><strong>3.4<\/strong>\u00a0\u012e komplektacij\u0105 ne\u012feinan\u010dius priedus (atminties ar SIM korteles, d\u0117kliukus ar pan.) privaloma i\u0161imti prie\u0161 pateikiant \u012frengin\u012f aptarnavimui, u\u017e \u0161i\u0173 pried\u0173 saugum\u0105 Pardav\u0117jas ar \u012eTC neatsako. Garantiniam aptarnavimui pateikiant \u012frenginius (telefonus, plan\u0161etinius kompiuterius) su u\u017eklijuotais apsauginiais stiklais ar pl\u0117vel\u0117mis, Pardav\u0117jas ar \u012eTC gali pareikalauti apsauginius stiklus ar pl\u0117veles nuimti.<br \/><strong>3.5\u00a0<\/strong>Jei \u012frenginys yra apsaugotas slapta\u017eod\u017eiu ar kitomis priemon\u0117mis, jos yra pa\u0161alinamos be suderinimo. Jei to padaryti ne\u012fmanoma, o klientas atsisako atrakinti \u012frengin\u012f &#8211; \u012frenginio garantinis aptarnavimas n\u0117ra atliekamas, gr\u0105\u017einant \u012frengin\u012f.<br \/><strong>3.6<\/strong>\u00a0Nat\u016braliai susid\u0117vin\u010dioms, sunaudojamoms (eksploatacin\u0117ms) med\u017eiagoms, spausdintuv\u0173 galvut\u0117ms, da\u017eiklio kaset\u0117ms, procesori\u0173, maitinimo, au\u0161intuv\u0173 ir kitiems ventiliatoriams, baterijoms ir akumuliatoriams, \u012fkrovikliams bei kartu komplektuojamiems aksesuarams taikomas trumpesnis nei pagrindiniam \u012frenginiui garantijos terminas, kuris nurodomas prek\u0117s apra\u0161yme ar garantin\u0117je pa\u017eymoje. Tuo atveju, jei toks terminas atskirai nenurodytas, gamintojo garantinis aptarnavimas pa\u017eymoje ar talone nurodytiems \u012frenginiams n\u0117ra taikomas, tr\u016bkumai \u0161alinami tik LR teis\u0117s akt\u0173 numatyta tvarka.<\/p><p><strong>4. Garantinio remonto atlikimo tvarka ir terminai<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.1<\/strong>\u00a0Prek\u0119 garantiniam remontui Pirk\u0117jas turi pateikti gamintojo arba analogi\u0161kame saug\u0173 transportavim\u0105 u\u017etikrinan\u010diame \u012fpakavime, su pirkimo metu gautais dokumentais, tvarkykl\u0117mis, kartu komplektuojamais kabeliais, laidais, programine \u012franga.<br \/><strong>4.2<\/strong>\u00a0Pateikdamas prek\u0119 Pirk\u0117jas turi konkre\u010diai ir ai\u0161kiai nurodyti pasteb\u0117t\u0105 gedim\u0105, tr\u016bkum\u0105 ar kit\u0105 prie\u017east\u012f, d\u0117l ko prek\u0117 pateikiama remontui.<br \/><strong>4.3<\/strong>\u00a0Priimant prek\u0119 garantiniam aptarnavimui, atliekama preliminari prek\u0117s ap\u017ei\u016bra. Jos metu vizualiai ar kitaip pasteb\u0117ti \u017eenkl\u016bs prek\u0117s pa\u017eeidimai u\u017efiksuojami \u012erenginio pri\u0117mimo remontui pa\u017eymoje arba atskirame akte. Pateikus prek\u0119 ar jos dal\u012f detaliai ap\u017ei\u016brai \u012eTC, gali b\u016bti nustatyti preliminarios ap\u017ei\u016bros metu nenustatyti sunkiai pastebimi ar pasl\u0117pti prek\u0117s pa\u017eeidimai.<br \/><strong>4.4<\/strong>\u00a0Prek\u0117s pirmin\u0117 diagnostika atliekama per 3 (tris) darbo dienas. \u0160ios diagnostikos metu nustatoma, ar pirk\u0117jo nurodytas tr\u016bkumas egzistuoja (pasirei\u0161kia). Jei Pardav\u0117jas neturi technini\u0173 galimybi\u0173 atlikti pirmin\u0119 patikr\u0105 Pardav\u0117jo patalpose, prek\u0117 pateikiama \u012eTC. Tokiu atveju, gedimo ir (ar) jo prie\u017easties nustatymas gali u\u017etrukti iki 10 (de\u0161imt) darbo dien\u0173.<br \/><strong>4.5<\/strong>\u00a0Jei Pirk\u0117jo nurodytas prek\u0117s ar jos dalies gedimas pasirei\u0161kia arba pirmin\u0119 diagnostika n\u0117ra atliekama Pardav\u0117jo patalpose, Pardav\u0117jas per 5 d.d. perduoda(i\u0161siun\u010dia) prek\u0119 \u012f \u012eTC. Jei Prek\u0117s gedim\u0173 nenustatyta, u\u017efiksuota Pirk\u0117jo neatitiktis nelaikoma gedimu ar broku, esantis gedimas \u012fvyk\u0119s ne d\u0117l gamintojo kalt\u0117s arba \u0161iose s\u0105lygose nurodytais negarantiniais atvejais, su gedimo nustatymu susijusias i\u0161laidas (diagnostikos, transportavimo, \u012eTC i\u0161ra\u0161ytos s\u0105skaitos ir t.t.) padengia Pirk\u0117jas.
